The Hudson Sourdough Baguette

A true invention of our own doing. We created a culture and yeast starter with natural ingredients local to the Hudson Valley. This bread has all the markers of famous sourdoughs with a distinctive taste that is milder than the San Francisco but more zingy than the Italian ones. This recipe starter is proprietary but will give you a thrill and delight with each bite.

The Buttermilk Loaf

We developed this loaf with a very mild levain which resulted in a delectable crumb.  Made with fresh buttermilk, it has a sweet taste and is soft in your mouth.  Due to the buttermilk, it has a unique taste which has a balance between fresh biscuits and velvet.  It is a Do-Not-Miss Experience.

Made with Fresh Natural Yeast and real Potatoes, you can never seem to get enough of this bread.  The natural sugars in the potatoes married with the fresh yeast and organic, azodicarbonamide-free flour makes your mouth sing.  It is an experience to eat anything on these buns.  We can’t wait for you to try them.
